• Red Varden Studios is a Los Angeles-based television and film production company that features programming across a variety of genres. Red Varden Studios was formed by Zig Gauthier in 2007, building upon his experience over the past decade on scripted comedies, dramas, MOWs and all forms of non-scripted programming for television. Zig is a former development executive at Fox Cable Networks, Fox Television Studios, NBC Universals Syfy Channel and the joint Sony/Liberty Media cable network Game Show Network. The film and television slate will continue to feature all forms of content for studios, broadcast networks, cable networks, syndication and digital media outlets, including comedies, dramas, documentaries, celeb reality, game and other scripted and non-scripted genres, and independent live action and animated feature films. Since the launch of the company, Red Varden has produced two seasons of the series The Othersiders for Cartoon Network and sold other projects to TLC, Oxygen, Cartoon Network, ReelzChannel, Fremantle Media and Ripe TV, and is currently expanding into feature films.
