- Professional Pilots of Tomorrow provides unbiased information about regional airlines to allow pilots to make the best decision for their careers Becoming an airline pilot for a major airline takes years of work experience. Chances are pilots use one of two routes to build their work experience and flight time: military or regional airlines. In the present day, most pilots entering the regional airline industry use it as a stepping stone and do not envision themselves ending their career there. With that said though, pilots may spend many years at their airline before getting a call to interview at a major airline. We here at Professional Pilots of Tomorrow provide unbiased information about regional airlines to allow pilots to make the best decision for their current situation. Information such as pay (and how it affects oneself), commuting, and movement of a company is vital in picking out which regional airline is best. Some pilots may already know people in certain airlines that will furnish that information. Professional Pilots of Tomorrow is geared toward providing an overall picture from current pilots that have had various experiences at different regional airlines. Through mentoring, each pilot will be allowed to ask questions to our panel of pilots without questioning if the information he/she is receiving is fully accurate. Quality of life is paramount and here at Professional Pilots of Tomorrow we strive to furnish the necessary information to allow each pilot to make the best decision for his/her career.
