• National Demolition Contractors was started over a decade ago by Jennifer and Jeff Perry. Today the company has a bonding capacity in excess of $100 million, making us one of a handful of demolition and abatement companies able to handle any size project. Our humble beginnings as a construction hauling company helped us learn our trade and soon we worked our way to demolition. After a few years working primarily in residential demolition, we began to focus more on public works demolition as well as more complicated projects. Our current capabilities have allowed us to successfully complete projects ranging from a $20,000 house demo to multimillion dollar takedowns! In addition to general demolition, we also offer abatement, environmental soil remediation, recycling and green demolition, disaster relief and emergency services as well as operated equipment rentals. Our focus is to become the largest most respected demolition and abatement company in the nation.
