They hire supposed geeks with no real world experience that will say anything they believe is right to get the business. If you have these people come to your house you are literally paying for the squad instead of just paying for what you need. You dont really want someone that knows how to work on a computer based on what they claim or someone that took a test and passed. Thats what you get at those places.
