- Wings to Fly Foundation is recognized as an Ohio non-profit organization with the mission to service special needs children and families in the Ohio area by providing information on local resources and benefits, establishing family support groups and play groups, providing seminars on family, financial, and support planning, and offering grants to families with special needs children for adaptive or therapeutic equipment and/or services.Revenue for the Foundation is generated through both our annual Day for Angels Run and Family Fun Walk and through registration fees for classes and services offered at the Wings to Fly Playspace and Activities Center.Wings to Fly Foundation leverages its Program Areas to meet the following goals:Develop into a leading force in Ohio for assisting special needs childrenIncrease awareness of the positive contributions from special needs childrenImprove educational services offered to special needs childrenLaunch the Wings to Fly Playspace and Activity center into a premier site for developing the minds and bodies of children with special needs
