The Speakeasy Banquet Hall A private banquet room located on the second floor, which boasts all the décor and nostalgia of the Prohibition Era, with the ability to easily accommodate 40 to 100 guests. The Speakeasy Banquet Hall is equipped with a 110 inch drop down screen and complete audio visual amenities, for all your presentation needs. The room comes complete with an elegant 30 foot oak and brass bar where we offer many fine wines, single malt scotches, a large variety of domestic and imported beers and the finest assortment of craft beers in our area. The Speakeasy is unique in character... Brought to life by a long, richly decorated bar. Hanging from the high cement ceiling are gear shafts and steel plates and wide cylindrical pulleys, looking like something out of a Terry Gilliam design. ~ B.A. Nillson, Food Editor The Backroom Banquet Room Located on the first floor of the Factory complex, it accommodates up to 45 guests comfortably, and is perfect for smaller gatherings in a private setting.
