- From the beginning LCG Pence Construction has been an Oregon owned and operated company. Founded in 1949 by Dale Pence, in Salem Oregon. Dale Pences mission was to build structures noted for their craftsmanship and client relationships based on trust. With over 65 years in the business, LCG Pence continues to build on our founders mission of craftsmanship and trust. LCG Pence is managed by 2 principal partners, Paul Schulz and Dave Hays. We provide comprehensive general contracting services for public and private clients nationwide. Our team includes some of the most experienced construction professionals in the industry, with an understanding that each client is unique and aspects of every clients project can be different. Our projects range in size from small tenant improvements to multi-million dollar facilities, with over 80% of our work performed through negotiated and CM/GC agreements with repeat clients.
