- GO Therapeutics is developing a new class of medicines to treat cancer based on its proprietary Glycocyte product platform. Glycocytes are tumor-specific glycoprotein antigens present on cell surface proteins and make for exquisite targets for advanced cancer therapies, such as redirected bi-specific T-cell immunotherapy, CAR-T, and ADCs. GO Therapeutics is developing exceptionally tumor-specific antibodies to Glycocytes, and its two lead antibody programs are entering pre-IND studies in 2017 in collaboration with a big pharma partner. GO Therapeutics unique intellectual property is based on the work initiated at the University of Copenhagen, D.K., by the scientific founders of the company, Professor Henrik Clausen and Professor Hans Wandall. GO Therapeutics is base in Cambridge, Mass.
