In this take home exposure case based on negligence and strict liability, Donna and Jerry Harrison alleged our client sold asbestos-containing automotive brakes and gaskets to a nearby car dealership where Jerry worked as a mechanic. They further alleged that Jerry transported asbestos fibers to his home causing Donna Harrisons mesothelioma. The judge granted our clients motion for directed verdict citing plaintiffs lack of sufficient evidence of exposure. The case continues as to the three remaining defendants.
