• Our mission is to power up Seattle by becoming the hub for leadership tools, content, and curriculum to enable women to increase their leadership capacity. We are a rich community of multi-generational, multi-cultural women committed to building and growing the chapter together, because, as Sheryl Sandberg says, together we're better. There are many seats and the table and everyone has a part to play in making this the rich, supportive community we know it can be. We kicked off this year with a few months of what we're calling the Assess phase where we looked at core values, foundational personality traits, and assessment training. Coming up we have workshops around reimagining work/life balance, learning to function at peak performance, carefully crafting who's at your table, and making an action plan to be someone who leaves a legacy by who you are, how you work, and what you produce. It's a huge vision and one we're passionate about and we need all the help we can get. The Seattle Chapter is one of the largest, most active chapters the world and was designated by LeanIn.org as one of their 30 Regional Leaders worldwide.
