    • Foundation for Recovery (FFR) is the leading in addiction recovery services in Nevada. FFR was the first Recovery Community Organization in the state. Foundation for Recovery also opened the first peer recovery support center and was the first to offer Peer Recovery Support Specialist training. FFR is currently working with the State of Nevada to develop the curriculum and certification process for Nevada's Peer Support SpecialistsFoundation for Recovery actively promotes the positive impact of addiction recovery in the community, and works to create opportunities for those in recovery. FFR offers a variety of services at no cost to the community.Services include:- Peer Recovery Support Center- HYPER, a youth initiative that provides information, support, and activities for young adults living in recovery, or choosing to live a life free of drugs and alcohol- Provide 12-step, family, and other support group meetings 24/7, through The Rooms- G.E.D. tutoring and FAFSA assistance- Printing and distribution on the Nevada Recovery Resource Directory- Training for healthcare providers, educators, first responders, and other professionals
