• Deist Industries, Inc.: An Overview In 1993, Dale and Barbara Deist purchased Bucks Fabricating, a Hadley, Pennsylvania manufacturer of steel roll-off containers. Since 1984, Bucks has been providing innovative solutions to the waste, hauling, scrap, and recycling industries from its location in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Bucks became a core operating division of Deist Industries, and quickly expanded by producing and licensing plastic roll-off containers in North America under the Poly Box name two years later.
