• The Caring Place provides assistance to individuals and families in financial crisis. We are funded by financial donations from the community. Additionally, we receive donations of the gently used clothing, housewares and furniture which we are able to sell in our thrift store, The Shops at The Caring Place, to help those in need. The Caring Place is also supported by over 400 volunteers who give of their time. While our main office is in Georgetown Texas, we have opened satellite offices in the more rural areas of Williamson County (Florence, Granger, and Jarrell) on a pilot basis.
