• Quality Transmission Service is a local family owned and operated automatic and standard transmission repair business that was started in July 1977, by Bob Jones. The manager, Steve Fullmer, has been a dedicated employee since 1980! We service Tempe and all surrounding areas, including Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Ahwatukee, Chandler, and Gilbert, Arizona.You can be assured that we will be here long after your repair is done to take care of any problems that may develop in the future.We are proud that ALL of our employees have been certified by the Automatic Transmission Rebuilder's Association. Our membership in ATRA allows us to offer a nationwide warranty even though we are not a chain repair facility.All of our work is done on the premises. We do not have to farm out any of the transmissions that need major work which allows us to insure that all auto repair work we perform is done to our high standards.At Quality Transmission, we do high quality diagnosis and repair, at a better price than most other transmission repair shops. We never do a transmission overhaul unless it's absolutely required. And, 8 out of 10 times a transmission overhaul is not needed.
