Born from years of requests from friends and family for recommendations for an everyday bicycle, and frustration with existing products in the market, Priority Bicycles set out to create a high quality, easy to ride, easy to maintain, affordable bicycle. The Kickstarter campaign started with the goal to raise $30,000 in 30 days. This funding goal was reached in 3 hours, with the campaign ultimately raising $565,000 and selling over 1,500 bicycles.Priority continues to grow, having sold nearly 5,000 bicycles in all 50 states, and recently expanding shipping to the UK, Australia, Germany, The Netherlands, and Canada. Priority Bicycles has also established partnerships with premiere hotels and resorts across the country.Priority Bicycles have received accolades in Mens Journal, GQ, Fitness Magazine, Popular Science, and Outside Magazine. CEO Dave Weiner has been interviewed and given presentations on both the product development and design, as well as innovative business model in Inc. Magazine, APMs Marketplace with Kai Ryssdal on NPR, Business Insider, and at eBays Design Conference.
