- About Felted HeartFelted Heart makes handcrafted, one-of-kind repurposed wool garments for kids and adults. The companys mission is to make a line of well-made, environmentally sustainable fashions that exude whimsy and warmth. Former marketing executive and marathon runner Mary Sweeney founded the Atlanta-based company in 2006. Felted Hearts clothing for children and grown ups are available by appointment at Felted Hearts Studio, online at http://www.feltedheart.com and at other independent boutiques, including The Beehive.. Mary lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children. She crafts her designs for Felted Heart in her studio in the citys historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, in close proximity to downtown Atlanta.
