- NIDC is your start to finish provider of quality aluminum and zinc die castings with full machining, finishing, powder coating, and assembly capabilities in-house.Established in 1938, we've been in the business long enough to understand and embrace the fact that you want a total solutions provider when it comes to sourcing your aluminum and zinc assemblies. This is why we've committed to provide you the expertise necessary to aid in the concept and design of your part to minimize cost while optimizing function. From there, our team will guide your project from quoting and Advanced Quality Planning to tool design and procurement straight through the Production Part Approval Process and Start of Production. Our processes are designed and setup for maximum productivity and flexibility to meet your changing needs. We have casting cells ranging from 150 ton hot chamber to 800 ton cold chamber die casting machines, with integral trimming operations in each cell . In addition, we melt at each machine, allowing us to run multiple alloys simultaneously. We have vibratory de-burring equipment, along with a variety of mills, drills, CNC lathes and milling machines to take care of all of your secondary needs. Couple this with in-house assembly and powder coating capabilities, and you have a single stop for your casting and assembly needs.
