• After home brewing for 25 years, my Wife and I decided to open a brew-pub. We're building out in a leased space that is 1400 sq-ft, and hope to open this summer in July of 2016. Our focus is on good beer, local farm-to-table dishes with vegan, GF, and DF selections with fresh house baked bread. We'll feature locally sourced gourmet meats and local creamery cheeses on our charcuterie plate. Beer selection will include a PNW IPA, a fruit themed lighter offering, an amber and a porter. We'll have a few guest taps including cider from one of our many nearby excellent cideries. Over time barrel aging is in our plans. Expect 5 to 10 taps, not 50 to 100. Our location is in an old timber town with history including nearby hop growing area, extensive pre-WW2 strawberry farms, and now becoming a nice place to go for a hike or ride. Hop Cycle Brewing hopes to be a place where both local residents and visitors can come together and have fun while enjoying some good brew and food, after a ride or hike, with the kids or not, and visit while experiencing a little of the history of western Washington County. Hours will initially be 2pm to 8pm Thu-Sun with growler fill special on Sunday. Our 10bbl 3-vessel steam system is being fabricated by BrewBilt (Jef Lewis and team) in Nevada City, CA, and will allow us to produce enough awesome delicous beer for you to come and enjoy! We look forward to meeting you!
