• UNDER CONSTRUCTIONThe mission of Av-Space is to bridge the gap between the graduating student from an institute of higher learning and the companies looking for qualified candidates. This is accomplished by meeting with educators and the companies and examining what is specifically needed and aligning current curriculum to meet those needs.For students already or are close to graduating, we will assist them in using their education and experience to its fullest potential. Within the aviation and aerospace industry it can be a challenging venture to be brought on with one of the industry leaders or the multitude of comapnies that support them. Many students will have invested time and money into degrees that they are unsure of how to take advantage of in either of these amazing career fields and may not know how to reach out to these companies that look for their next successful addition. Also, many may have engineering degrees that will always be in high demand. At Av-Space our goal is to make the transition easier and more successful. Our feeling is that if educators align their curriculum to specific company demands, then the companies, educators, and students will all benefit. With having these companies being able to assist the institutions with personalizing the curriculum, the outcome will present better industry specific education, increased reputation for the institutions, and well qualified candidates for the companies.Check back soon for our official launch!
