- Texas Reverse Mortgage offers only Reverse Mortgages and only in Texas. We currently have 11 Loan Officers in Texas and are adding more this year. We offer the best compensation plan in the industry as we pay 90% of any origination fee and the back end or SRP on all funded loans. LO's get daily rate sheets from our lenders so they can see what SRP will be paid and when a loan funds they are provided the disbursement ledger from the title company so they see the total funds paid. We pay our Loan Officers within 48 hours of funding directly into their bank account and NO other company does that.
