- Our vision is to ensure that Kent is receiving the greatest level of physical training. This starts with the training that fitness professionals receive initially as well as ongoing support throughout their careers. A stronger, highly skilled workforce will lead to improved service and greater recognition within other sectors, such as health and education. This will allow the wider society to see the importance of physical well-being, thus making it a larger part of their everyday lives. Our team has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the fitness industry and education, with all members having worked in and/or are currently working in both. The team has expertise in both the theoretical and practical elements of the courses that we deliver and are passionate about sharing this with all of our learners. Throughout our careers, spanning over 15 years, we have worked with people of all ages both in mainstream education and those with specific physical and educational needs, delivering many different courses and practical sessions within a variety of settings. We have educated a range of people from those at the beginning of their educational journey to those with many years of experience within the fitness industry. Physical activity plays an important role in our everyday lives and is something we draw inspiration from and thrive to pass on to others. Services we can offer include a variety of gym instructing and personal training courses for private individuals or educational establishments as part of an enriched programme, CPD courses, bespoke workshops, personal training, group training, group training for specialist populations and assistance and guidance for those within the fitness industry.
