• Since 1964, The Barn Dinner Theatre has been dedicated to providing a quality dining experience along with Broadway style performances or as we call it...Dinnertainment! We are proud to be the oldest continually operating dinner theatre in the United States.Each night our culinary staff prepares our traditional buffet with an assortment of delectable choices. Start off at our fresh salad bar and create a salad the way you like. Next, a wide variety of vegetables, side dishes, fresh baked rolls, biscuits and our chefs specialties await you at the buffet bar. At our carving station we offer a Black Angus roast beef, and honey glazed ham. The final touch, our dessert bar offering seasonal fruits, cobblers and banana pudding. If you have that craving for something extra, try one of our incredible gourmet desserts from the bar menu on each table. Just ask your server about them. A full service cash bar is available to our guests including mixed drinks, non-alcoholic drinks, wine, assorted beers and the best frozen drinks around.After dining, let the show begin as our magic stage descends from the ceiling. This hydraulic stage is a unique part of Barn history and has been in operation since the theatre opened. Seating for patrons is in the round meaning the seats surround our stage, offering our audiences an opportunity to feel like a part of the show. The performers are all professional actors and musicians that come from all over the United States, including a host of local North Carolina talent.From comedies, dramas, to musicals, The Barn Dinner Theatre has something for everyone.
