Civil Litigation: Recent civil litigation matters have included: *Fortune 100 company in pending consumer protection lawsuit brought by the Washington State Attorney Generals Office for alleged deceptive marketing practices in the sale of medical devices. *Seattle pharmaceutical company in breach of contract and negligence action against its Medicare consultant; obtained $12 million settlement on behalf of client. *King County, Washington in employment discrimination suit brought by former employee of wastewater treatment division. After a four-week trial, the jury unanimously found in favor of King County on all claims.
