Onsite was founded in 1996 by Dr. Jerry Hric, neonatologist, with a mission to bring top quality care to premature or sick infants born in community hospitalsnot only those fortunate enough to be born in large academic hospitals.With a unique model that places neonatologists in hospitals 24 hours a day, we are able to improve quality of care and reduce risk for premature or otherwise fragile infants. This has proven to be better not only for infants, but for parents, obstetricians, hospitalsand our own neonatologists too.With two decades of experience, Onsite consults with our client hospitals to continually improve neonatology standards and practice at the leading edge of care. We provide a full offering of services for our physicians and partners, including licensing/credentialing support, recruitment, onboarding services, billing, marketing consultation, policy review, and so much more. Additionally, Onsite offers universal newborn hearing screens as freestanding, outsourced service through Onsites Sound Solutions division. To date, weve supervised care for over 160,000 infants, and we currently employ over 150 medical providers and 75 support staff at our corporate office.
