- RóRó is a company dedicated to helping babies and their caregivers feel better. Our first product is the Lulla doll Lulla is a mechanical plush doll that imitates closeness. The outer layer is made from natural cotton and the filling is ultra soft microfiber. Inside it has a device that plays the real life heartbeat and breathing of a mother at rest. The idea of Lulla is based on multiple medical research showing that closeness to a parent promotes longer and better sleep, stabilizes breathing and heartbeat and therefore reduces the chances of apnea episodes which is thought to be the leading cause of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). Closeness also makes babies feel better and they are reported to show less stress signals and negative emotions.
