Also, have earned the respect and placed in the construction industry through our principles of honesty and integrity. Mr. Santiago Rivera who came with a vast experience in new business development and management in construction. Santiagos experience is significantly noticeable in the inception and maintaining of the high-profile Bluebonnet Waste Control Co. in Dallas, Texas. David Castaneda has been in the concrete construction business for the past twenty years. He began in 1985 with Omega Construction Co. and in three years he was promoted to job superintendent and worked as a foreman for two years. In 1991, David Castaneda went to work for Inca Contractors as a superintendent and worked there for six years. Mr. Castaneda has an Engineering degree from the University of Mexico.In June of 1997, West Side Construction Co., Inc., hired Mrs. Klara Shmidov as the Chief Estimator for the, company. Klara came to us with a vast experience in estimating structural concrete projects ranging up to six million dollars. Mrs. Shmidov worked for Rucker Construction Co., in 1978 through 1983. In 1983 she began working for Concourse Construction through 1988. In 1988 she left Concourse Construction and went to work for First Concrete Systems through 1990 when she began working with Inca Contractors and was employed there through 1997.
