We will consider deals which involve raising a minimum of $5 million. We provide access to a wide array of public company shells for clients interested in entering the public markets via reverse mergers. Reverse mergers are a cost effective and time efficient method of bringing our clients into the public markets, while maintaining the professionalism and security of working with a FINRA Broker/Dealer.Mosaics Valuation Group provides expert professionals to value businesses and business interests.
