(DPE) mission is to provide professional engineering and land surveying services to the public and private sectors using sound principles with the understanding of economics and schedule controls. In January of 1999, DPE was founded by two Professional Engineers, Kyle W. Bowen and James C. (Jimmy) Garrison, III. This duo started with 25 years of civil engineering and land planning experience to develop and grow a firm that provides quality, professional, and timely civil engineering service.s In 2001, Jon Stubblefield RLS, partnered with DPE to start the surveying group and help provide clients more complete services. Now 18 years later, the combined years of experience for our 27 DPE staff members calculates to over 414 YEARS!In addition to their experience in engineering, Jimmy and Kyle grew up in metro Atlanta families that are heavily involved in the development and construction industries giving them 'boots on the ground 'knowledge. This lifetime of experience provides DPE the broad foundation and understanding for varying and diverse project aspects and how to best to implement them through design to completion . DPE has become a very respected civil engineering and land surveying firm with the reputation for meeting deadlines and providing quality services.
