Based in Northwest Arkansas, Wil-Shar has grown to become the number one erector in the area. We are a structural, pre-engineered, tilt wall, and mini storage erector. You will find our management, performance, capabilities, and cost saving methods of the highest caliber. We have adhered to the highest standards of our profession for decades, and have yet to fall short of an excellent level of quality and craftsmanship.We follow all safety guidelines per OSHA compliance standards and we are a Certified AISC Steel Erector. Our management is second to none, and we will complete your project on time and under budget. All of our employees participate in an NCCER based apprenticeship program, as we believe fostering a craftsmans spirit is the key to a successful life, job, and company.
