The comprehensive teacher-training program developed by Ms. George was established in 1998.Aliesa George is committed to helping people develop their belief in unlimited potential and positive change, by increasing awareness through mind, body, and movement.Aliesa has been sharing her experience and expertise for over 25 years as a Pilates teacher, presenter, and wellness professional. She has written many educational books and articles relating to Pilates, posture, movement, and whole-body health.Aliesa has a degree in Modern Dance from Texas Christian University, is a Gold-Certified as a Pilates Teacher through the Pilates Method Alliance, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Leader, and is certified as a teacher of Bigu Qigong for weight-loss, weight-management by the International Institute of Chinese Medicine.Our VisionAt Centerworks® our vision is to inspire and educate the world to enjoy Movement for Health through Pilates, exercise, and the development of healthy-life habits.
