- Oklahoma Joes is a family owned restaurant that first opened its doors in Stillwater, Oklahoma in 1995. Joe Davidson, world champion BBQ pit master and has won over 300 titles throughout his career including the Jack Daniels World Championship, World Pork Barbequlossal, and the American Royal World Championship just to name a few. Oklahoma Joes BBQ has earned the number one Zagat rated BBQ in the extremely competitive Kansas City market. Joe has since set out to bring his award winning BBQ to Tulsa, Ok!Currently, there are 2 locations in the Tulsa area. One is in Broken Arrow, by Bass Pro Shops, and the other inside Cain's Ballroom. The newest location is projected to open this spring at 61st and Sheridan.
