• Cardiovascular Consultants of Southern Delaware was formed on March 4, 2011 when Barry Denenberg, MD, Kenneth Sunnergren, MD, and R. Alberto Rosa, MD purchased the Millville and Lewes offices from Cardiology Consultants, a large cardiology practice with offices throughout Delaware that they had been partners in. The remaining offices of Cardiology Consultants were sold to Bay Health and Christiana Hospitals. Doctors Denenberg, Sunnergren, and Rosa continued to work out of the same offices they had been in for many years and were excited to be joined by their dedicated and experienced staff in their new practice. Two additional doctors joined the group in 2011, G. Robert Myers, MD, an Interventional Cardiologist, and Heather A. Raff, MD, an Invasive Cardiologist. Peggy Bixler, an experienced Nurse Pracitioner, also joined the group in March of 2011. In Novtember, 2011, the practice opened a satellite office in Georgetown, Delaware to better serve patients in that area. With over 20 years of healthcare administration experience, William Martin, CPA/MBA was appointed by the doctors to be the Practice Administrator in February, 2011. He is joined by Judy Callahan, Office Manager, Kim Robles, CRNT, Testing Manager, Mary Zook, RN, Device Manager, and Wendy Turko, Billing Manager.
