We are a leader in staged interim construction financing/warehouse lending to the manufactured/modular housing industry.The Weststar technical division offers loan-servicing software especially designed to handle the unique characteristics associated with servicing seller-financed loans.The Weststar note purchasing division enables holders of real estate contracts and Deeds of Trust to realize the cash value of their note by selling Weststar their interest.
