• Jodi House empowers brain injury survivors to not merely survive, but thrive. Our program is designed to assist brain injury survivors in successfully returning to his or her community at the highest possible level of functioning.Jodi House is a community-based nonprofit with three unique programs: Community Integration Services: This program aims to encourage the physical, cognitive, and social rehabilitation and independent living skills necessary for a better quality of life. Jodi House has established and maintains close working relationships with distinguished universities and research institutions in order to provide the most cutting-edge evidence-based strategies for our programs. Supported Living Services: Jodi House collaborates with the survivor and caregiver to provide a pro-active model for success in their daily lives. At the time of enrollment, staff works with each new member and caregiver to develop an individual service plan. Home visits are scheduled to provide input on what (if any) specific assistance is needed in the home. Vocational Supported Services: A unique program (VSS) created in tandem with the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR). Members learn the skills necessary to gain meaningful employment or volunteer positions. This program is the first of its kind in California, and Jodi House is proud to be a leader in the effort to gainfully re-employ brain injury survivors in their community.Who can benefit from Jodi House?
