Description

• The Carpenter Contractor Trust (CCT) is a labor-management trust established in 2001 by union carpenters and contractors. Our mission is to promote the message of this valuable labor-management partnership, which provides public and private owners in the construction industry with on-time, on-budget, top-quality construction projects built to the highest industry standards. By adhering to its core competencies of offering a superior range of skillset, pricing flexibility, financial participation and exceptional productivity, it serves as a valuable and reliable partner for those engaged in the construction industry. In 2014, the Empire State Carpenters Labor Management Funds and the New Jersey Carpenter Contractor Trust (cctnynj.org) merged, resulting in a joint venture that utilizes its shared resources for the marketing and promotion of union carpenters and contractors. This partnership combines the vast resources of the Northeast Regional Council of Carpenters (NRCC) 30,000 members and more than 1,000 participating contractor partners. The NRCC is the skilled trade organization representing carpenters of New Jersey and New York State. This network provides investors, developers and builders with a wide selection of skills and opportunities for their projects. Todays union carpenters and contractors are acutely aware of the constant changes within the construction industry. Our mission is to introduce and clarify our new business model that will help all end users get their project from concept to completion.
