- Latitude Technologies is a leading provider of technology services to the energy industry. Since its inception in 1997, Latitude has been instrumental in developing and implementing Internet and EDI services that meet the needs of the energy marketplace and comport with the requirements of the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Latitude's President, Leigh Spangler, sits on NAESB's Board of Directors, the NAESB Wholesale Gas Quadrant Executive Committee, and Chairs NAESB's Electronic Delivery Mechanism Subcommittee.Latitude provides continuous support for all its services. Customers are provided domestic support from a specific Customer Support person, as well as the ability to access support services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day via Latitude's after-hours Customer Support Line. Additionally, Latitude continually monitors all systems and transactions.Latitude's processing infrastructure utilizes an on-site data center, generator-backed power, and redundant hardware/software systems to insure continuous service availability. Latitude also maintains an off-site disaster recovery facility, with continuous data back-ups.Latitude provides services to over 100 natural gas pipelines, storage facilities, utilities, law firms and energy marketers nationwide, including Stagecoach Storage, Portland Natural Gas Transmission, Vector Pipeline and Gulf South Pipeline.
