Dr. Mericle loves smiles. She is a native of Northeast PA and has been providing quality care to her patients since founding The Brace Place in 1987. She graduated from Meyers High School and received a B.S. in Pharmacy and a D.M.D. degree in dentistry from Temple University and a M.S.D. in orthodontics from St Louis University. Dr. Abod (Dr. Sam) is also a native of Northeast PA having grown up at Harveys Lake. She is a graduate of Bishop OReilly High School and earned her D.M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh where she studied biochemistry and also earned a Certificate in Orthodontics and Masters in Public Health. Dr. Sam is a specialist in clear orthodontic aligner technology like Invisalign and Clear Correct. Dr. Mericle and Dr. Sam know that everyones smile is different, so they create customized, easy-to-follow plans for their patients.
