- Life Skills House is a Texas not for profit 501(c)(3) organization. We offer Christian based life skills training for multicultural young women, including but not limited to, those who were victims of human trafficking, those who are pregnant and single mothers from economically challenged backgrounds, ages 15-25, who are serious about breaking free from a lifestyle of impoverishment. Life Skills House's mission is to empower, encourage, inspire, teach and assist young single women and children to transition from merely surviving to thriving. We believe that every individual has God-given gifts and talents woven within the fabric of their being and when discovered, developed and unleashed, it not only fulfills their purpose on this earth but also enables them to provide for themselves. At present, we are in the process of opening a transitional living facility. where these young women can practice their new found skills and reach their full potential.
