Those projects have been credited with creating over 13,000 jobs in New York, New Jersey, Georgia, and Texas. AGA Capitals Government Accelerator Fund is in search of publicly-financed projects or associated lenders than can benefit from low (below-market) interest rate loans of up to $200 Million. Indicative Loan Terms: 1) Below-Market Rates: 3%4.5% per annum, adjusted according to credit rating. 2) Loans are made directly from AGA Capital to Public Agency or Project 3) 5-9 years maximum term 4) Interest-only Payments 5) Guaranteed by the project, real estate, or other source
