• Global Orphan Prevention is a 501(c)3 non-for-profit devoted to helping families and children through sustainable development and educational opportunities. We provide income generating outlets so that families and schools can thrive independently, free from reliance on charity. MISSION: To see a world where mother's can financially afford keep their children and to see a world where schools can financially afford to stay open. STRATEGY: Income Generation: Through soft power diplomacy, we come up with innovative and sustainable solutions to solve funding issues around the globe. Anything from turning schools into social businesses or providing families with cows to support themselves, we are getting involved with the new direction philanthropy is headed. Pay-if-Forward: As families and schools share their animals' offspring with others - along with their knowledge, resources and skills - an expanding network of hope, dignity and self-reliance is created that reaches around the globe. WHERE WE WORK: At the moment we are helping low-caste children in Nepal and have some projects in Vietnam, but plan to expand to Africa within the next three years.
