This one-on-one relationship coupled with a low nurse-to-individual ratio ensures the specific needs of each individual are met.D&S provides a full array of day-to-day health and specialized medical services to help all individuals, regardless of disability or health status, maintain the highest level of independence and quality of life possible.D&S support oversight professionals work side-by-side with the individual throughout all service planning and support procurement, and help ensure their happiness and success in the community.
