    • Airway Breathing Co., Inc. (DBA ABC Health Care) has been in business since 1984. The founder, Elwood James Miller, was a respiratory therapist who started ABC Health Care out of his garage and grew it into a reputable and profitable size. Elwood Miller was dramatically killed on July 25, 1999 in a jet ski accident at Buckroe Beach. His son Justin Miller, at the age of 18, withdrew from James Madison University (Harrisonburg, VA) and came back to run the business. He is currently still the President and majority stakeholder of ABC Health Care. ABC Health Care's Mission is to set the standard of excellence in our community by providing the patient, their families, and their physicians with confidence that we are dedicated, committed, and capable of delivering responsive, professional, and caring service to each and every patient as part of a successful plan of care. We hope that through the provision of quality patient care and continuous development of innovative partnerships, we will be recognized as a leader in the home care services industry.
