- Pro-Active Engineering provides design and manufacturing services to companies that have or are developing products that require electronics.Since 1996 we have provided electronic engineering design services for companies that needed that expertise. Our seasoned engineering staff helps customers develop electronics to control their products, including hand-built quick-turn prototypes for new products they are considering. We can design and/or test PCBs (printed circuit boards), electronics, embedded controls, and wireless products. We can also design software to bring electronics alive. We take special pride in partnering with customers to improve their designs and/or products with the goal of reducing their costs.In 2002, we acquired assets to begin manufacturing electronic assemblies. This automated our manufacturing of prototypes and allowed us to manufacture low and medium volume quantities.Pro-Active offers made in the USA manufacturing services. Whether we are working to produce printed circuit board (PCB) prototypes and assemblies, circuit board design and layout, or electronic printed circuit boards, we aim to deliver perfect product, on time, every time. Our specialty is manufacturing SMT PCB assemblies.In 2010 we became ISO 9001:2008 certified for design and manufacturing of PCB assemblies to ensure that projects are completed with the highest standards. We use IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards for assemblies. Our quality system allows us to continually provide optimal product and services to customers.We are currently seeking ISO 13485 certification to become a medical device provider.Before we start, we make sure we are the right fit and perfect partner for our customer. We are responsive to our customers needs, taking them from concept to production and everything in between.We pride ourselves on customer communication and satisfaction.We specialize in the medical, industrial, environmental, and food processing industries
