My passion to empower well-being grew into a practice as a result of my own health issues. Just a few years ago I was told by my cardiologist that I could literally drop dead at any moment, I suffered from two forms of arrhythmia, enlarged thyroid glands, chronic fatigue and unending pain from an accident in which doctors said I would never walk again without surgery. Presently, I have no arrhythmia, my thyroid glands are normal, lots of energy and not only do I walk but I do yoga daily. Integrative Holistic Solutions is a culmination of all my training, research, the techniques that changed my life, as well as my spiritual and shamanic heritage.
