• The Group is a family run care business which has been delivering care in the west of Scotland for 29 years. The Group is registered with the Care Inspectorate to deliver a range of care services, including Home Care, Day Care, Respite Care, Residential Care and Nursing Care. The Groups aims and objectives are to provide quality care services which promote the right of the individual while ensuring privacy, dignity and respect. Our philosophy of care is to encourage independence and reablement. We seek to tailor our services to the customer's particular needs, in partnership with them and their relatives. We are committed to the comprehensive welfare of our customers. We aim to be the first choice of care, to operate each of our services cost effectively and seek to continuously improve and develop our services to meet the changing needs of the local community and remain fit for purpose. The Group currently provides care to 65 service users with this increasing to 110 service users in 2017 and then to 185 service users in 2018. The aim of the Group is to provide care to 1,000 service users by 2026. The Group employs 60 employees with this increasing to 115 employees in 2017 and then to 190 employees in 2018. The aim of the Group is to provide over 900 employees with jobs by 2026.
