• ECC is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization committed to providing the highest quality of care and services to pediatric patients requiring transitional, long term, and/or palliative care. We are an around-the-clock residential facility that provides skilled care to medically fragile children, birth to age 21, especially those who are dependent upon medical technology for daily living. ECC simply exists to provide a vulnerable population with as many normal of a childhood experiences as possible, while meeting their needs holistically.
