For more than thirty years, we have provided construction services to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients throughout the Southeast. Normally self-performing the architectural and structural portion of the project, Fitts & Goodwin is backed by a strong following of specialty subcontractors whose expertise is drawn on to complete the construction team. Fitts & Goodwin is experienced in the Design/Build method of project delivery in addition to the more traditional Plan/Spec approach. When working on a Design/Build, third party design services are used to complete the Owner-Architect-Contractor team. This use of independent design professionals maintains the system of checks and balances required to ensure a successful project. It is the philosophy of our firm that a successful construction project results from a team effort of all parties involved: owner, architect, general contractor and subcontractors. These members produce a construction product meeting the owners requirements for quality and schedule and at the same time, providing the construction team with a reasonable profit and opportunity for repeat business.
