• Sarah is a green building professional certified LEED AP by the United States Green Building Council, USGBC. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and it is the most widely recognized third party consumer rating system in the United States for buildings, schools, homes, neighborhoods and urban planning. LEED applies to new construction, renovation, existing buildings, new neighborhoods and existing neighborhoods. It ensures that buildings meet minimum standards for site selection, water efficiency, energy efficiency, materials and resources, and indoor environmental quality.Sarah works with commercial and residential clients to help them increase their asset value and their operating income by implementing sustainable solutions. Whether it is new construction, shell and core, tenant improvement, remodel or addition, Sarah will help you realize a building that is energy and water efficient, has healthy indoor air quality, using durable materials made from rapidly renewable resources, recycled materials and/or certified woods. As a certified sustainable building professional Sarah is trained to guide you in the complex certification process to ensure that your building will meet your sustainable goals. Whether your goal is for a LEED certified building or not, Sarah administers the sustainable building process through her leadership and project management.Finally, Sarahs sustainable passions include volunteering with several local groups. She is actively involved with the local Los Angeles USGBC chapter and sits on the Government Affairs and the Fundraising committees. Other groups include Green Business Networking, The Sustainable Business Council, The Wright Organic Resource Center, Heal the Bay and Earth Spirit Agape.
