- PECONIC ENERGY PRODUCTS CORPORATION (PEPCO) manufactures and distributes heating and cooling control systems that reduce fuel and operating costs in multi-residential apartment buildings, commercial office buildings, industrial facilities, warehouses, nursing homes, schools, colleges and universities, government office buildings, greenhouses, hotels etc... . These systems differ from other control systems because these systems use wireless temperature sensors to feed back space temperature to a computer that regulates the heating and cooling equipment (Boiler, Chillers, Pumps and Fans) to deliver precise amount of heating and cooling. Fuel and energy savings of 15% are guaranteed and some customers report savings of 45% with Return On Investment (ROI) usually under 2 years.
