Our crushing machine is specifically designed to size the flux to each customer's particular requirements and remove the metal impurities. Our process / program is the only S.A.W. slag crushing program in the world that is recognized (audited and approved) by the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) for use when welding to the Canadian Standard Association (CSA). The CSA standard is the Canadian equivalent to the American Welding Society (AWS) however the AWS is a voluntary Welding Code and is not policed.In addition, our program is 100% Closed-Loop, that is we crush your SAW slag on a custom basis and return only reprocessed SAW flux (the AWS, ASME and CSA welding codes refer to it as Crushed Slag) that was generated from your slag.To ensure our process produces the finest crushed flux on the market, we have a Quality Management System Program / Manual in compliance with ISO 9001: 2000.
